Shop Small started as a transactional program of American Express, focused on small merchants, but it had a big challenge ahead: make small shops even bigger by addressing the business, the merchants and the consumers.
In this sense, we created a year’s plan with three stages:
-Develop a recognized identity for the program,
-Create a value proposition for merchants,
-Amplify the program across multiple channels and audiences.
This is a work developed for Shop Small by American Express.
